3. Ownership: The software and all intellectual property rights belong to us, and you agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software.

4. Data Privacy: We are committed to protecting your personal information and will only use your data in accordance with our privacy policy. You acknowledge that we may collect and use information about your use of the software, including but not limited to, your building and facility details, payment information, and user login credentials.

5. Support and Maintenance: We work in 2 week development sprint’s, which means we are committed to work with you to solve any issues you may face. We will provide reasonable technical support and maintenance to ensure that the software is functional and up-to-date. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the software or for any errors, bugs, or glitches that may occur.

6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the software at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease all use of the software.

7. Liability: We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located.
